The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum is partnering with the Lincoln Library, the city of Springfields public library, and Compass for Kids for the Lincolns4Lincoln Read-a-Thon and Book Drive this coming Saturday, February 12 from 9am-3:30pm in the museums café space. The Elkhart Historical Society is celebrating the Irish, offering the traditional Corned Beef and cabbage dinner between 11a and 12:30p at Horsefeather’s Wild Hare Café for $15 a person, followed by Irish, Celtic and Appalachian music at the Gillett Chapel on the Hill at 2pm for an additional $15.
